About The Project
Inspired Architectural Solutions are one of the UK's leading manufacturers of glass balustrades & Juliet balconies for residential & commercial buildings.
The client approached us with an underperforming website that was poorly managed and maintained by their web agency. With a need to update their website to create a more professional first impression of their business, Inspired were interested in discussing a complete website redevelopment. Additionally, the client required a CRM (customer relationship manager) tool to handle their sales leads that would be generated organically, as well as through the Google Ads that our marketing team would manage for the client.

Our Design Process
We began the project by carrying out a technical assessment of the client’s existing website. Built in WordPress, the website had several red flags that were indicative of poor design & development; damaging the website’s performance and speed. After a consultation with the client, we agreed that the best approach would be to develop a new website for the best possible user experience.
The new website, developed in bespoke HTML, was built from the ground up around the client’s unique requirements. Our design team worked closely with the client during the process to finalise the best menu and page structure, sharing previews of each major change so the client was always in the loop. We worked with the client to produce professional quality product photos and SEO-friendly content, and created a few different sample designs for the client to choose their favoured layout.

Project Completion & Launch
While our design team finalised the website’s look and feel with the client, our technical team carried out a few key tasks, including the setup and integration of the HubSpot CRM to handle newly generated leads and sales opportunities.
In preparation for migrating the client’s domain and hosting over to our server, our technical team also connected with them to carry out an advanced Microsoft Exchange transfer to migrate their accounts and emails over to a new license without any service downtime. After verifying everything, we switch the DNS over to make the new website live.
